What the VFD Actually Does

Every document goes through automated extraction, supplier identification, categorisation, and validation. The system flags exceptions, catches anomalies, and structures everything into a consistent format your accountant can work with directly.
At the end of each monthly cycle you receive a clean output package, structured transaction files, spend summaries, VAT-ready categorization, and an exception report. Nothing to clean up. Nothing to chase.
